Cornwall Park Neighborhood

The name and feel of this 653-acre neighborhood are easily traced to its signature recreational areas, Cornwall and Broadway Parks, as well as to its considerable charm and open space. And because this neighborhood of well-kept homes with large lawns contains no major arterials, it remains a quiet and sought-after place to live.

The neighborhood's centerpiece is the historic Roeder Home, now owned and operated by the Whatcom County Parks Department. Other landmarks include St. Joseph Hospital and the Meridian Street commercial area, particularly the busy Fountain District. Meridian serves as the neighborhood's western boundary.
