Homes Sales in Bellingham 2007, 2008, 2009

This graph shows homes sales in Bellingham for the past three years. Sales in 2009 (green line) are generally below sales in 2007 (blue line) except for October. Sales in 2009 are comparable to sales in 2008 (red line).
Sales in all three years drop off in winter and are the most active in summer--as should be expected.
