Higher End Homes Sales Show Stronger Activity

Until recently, most home sales in the past months have been in the lower price ranges, generally $300,000 and below. But in the past weeks, sales of higher priced homes has increased considerably. Too soon to tell if this will continue. Perhaps the rise recently in stock market prices is having a positive effect on higher end home sales.
